Ulya is rich and full-bodied, with notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate and sweet spice that carry into a lingering finish. The medium roast suits espresso and stovetop, or a fuller-bodied filter coffee.
This washed Typica and Arusha comes from Ulya Mill in Papua New Guinea’s Waghi Valley. The mill processes coffee from the neighbouring plantation and local smallholders, with growing elevations of 1,400–1,800m.
