On Piste starts rich and chocolatey, then moves towards a fruity, floral finish. The blend combines a Honduras coffee with two Grade 1 Ethiopian coffees, bringing those different characteristics into the same cup.
Originally presented as a seasonal coffee for the slopes, its character rests on that combination of richness and fruit. The Honduras component supplies the chocolate notes described in the blend, alongside the Ethiopian coffees.
