Chiapas

Hazelnut, caramel and lemon zest sit within a smooth, full-bodied cup. This medium-roast coffee suits espresso and stovetop, or filter brewing for those who enjoy a fuller-bodied profile. It comes from San Fernando growers in Chiapas, southern Mexico, at 1,200–1,400m. The coffee is washed and sun-dried, and is Fair Trade and organic certified. The producer organisation has worked with smallholder growers in the region since 1984.
