Marcala Natural

Sweet red-fruit acidity and mulled-wine notes give Honduras Marcala Natural a rich, expressive character. The medium-light roast retains the fruit flavours and wine-like qualities described in this naturally processed coffee. Grown at 1,200–1,600m, it comes from the COMSA cooperative in Honduras. The coffee is processed and dried naturally in the sun, part of the cooperative’s work developing its natural coffee offering.
