Milk chocolate and apricot are the central notes in this Swiss Water decaf from western Honduras.
The coffee comes from the COCAFCAL cooperative in Capucas, Copán, where it is grown at 1,450–1,600m. The cooperative was founded in 1999 and brings together growers from the surrounding coffee-producing region.
