SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


NEW ZEALAND.

C4 Coffee use Courier Post to deliver our orders within New Zealand. They deliver to residential and commercial addresses, as well as most rural addresses.

All of our parcels are trackable and you should receive (check your spam box) an automated email with a tracking number once the package is ready for distribution from our warehouse.

Please note packages with a value greater then $50 (excluding shipping), will require a signature. We suggest you get your order delivered to a business address where you are confident someone will be able to sign for it.

We ship daily, Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order by 12pm. If your order is placed on a Friday, all going well it will turn up on the next business day, being Monday, however this does depend on your location.

Please note we have a 20kg (Coffee) maximum for online orders.


INTERNATIONAL.

Currently we send to Australia, USA, Canada and the UK via NZ Post. We have chosen two scales of service, economy which is expected to take - 3 - 10 working days and courier, 2 - 6 working days. The courier service is trackable and a signature is required, so do your best with getting it sent to somewhere where you will be, most likely work!

We ship daily, Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped the same day if we receive your order by 12pm NZST.


Please note we have a 5kg (Coffee) maximum for online orders.

We are happy to show you the roasting process, talk coffee and demonstrate the equipment we sell. We have an unparalleled range of accessories for both domestic and commercial use! Returns and Exchanges

Change-of-Mind Return Policy
We want to ensure that you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right or you ordered the wrong size, we can arrange an exchange or store credit for your items. This excludes coffee, filters and other consumable items. You must return the item(s) purchased though our online store within 30 days of receiving your delivery. 

All items must be returned unused, unaltered and in their original intact packaging. Once we receive the returned products our dispatch team will check them for final approval before the exchange or credit is processed. If the returned products are damaged or missing components, your credit or exchange will be at the discretion of the C4 Team. 


The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty. We cannot refund duties or taxes. Keep in mind that our return address is Christchurch, New Zealand.


Exchanges
When a product exchange is deemed appropriate you will have to return the original item back to us at your cost, plus the cost to ship the replacement item. Please keep in mind that the value of your exchange is equal to the purchase price of the item(s) less shipping and handling fees. Be aware that our shipping is subsidised so the cost to return and resend your items will be higher than the cost of ordering though our website.

 

Credit Notes
When a credit note is deemed appropriate you will first have to return your items before a voucher is issued to the purchase price of the item(s) less shipping and handling fees.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received your items and realised that a product was damaged or not what you had ordered, please notify us immediately at team@c4coffee.co.nz with an explanation of the issue and photos. Our team will get back to you within 5 working days with a resolution.

Once confirmed by our team what the fault or error is, we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion. We will cover the cost of return shipping and any other costs incurred in repairing or replacing the item.

Coffee
We cannot accept returns of coffee products due to them being a perishable item. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please refer to ‘Fault or Incorrect Items’.

Ground Coffee
We cannot guarantee pre-ground coffee will work in every machine or with all brew methods. We recommend buying a grinder and purchasing beans to guarantee the best performance out of your brew. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please refer to ‘Fault or Incorrect Items’.
